Bio-Glow Pty Ltd are taking every possible measure to deliver your order fast and secure and therefore all orders within Australia carry a tracking number which you can find on the order in your customer's back office. This number can be inserted on www.auspost.com.au/track after which the progress of the order within Australia post is displayed.

However, Bio-Glow Pty Ltd cannot take responsibillity for delivery by Australia Post and therefore, in the event of an order not arriving at its destination, the customer should contact Australia post to check on the delivery of the order using the tracking number.
